Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share and protect your information when you visit our website, send a funding request or talk with our team.

Effective October 1, 2026Last updated October 1, 2026

Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Funding Invest Grow (“Funding Invest Grow,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles personal information collected through fundinvestgrow.com, our online funding request form, and the calls, text messages and emails we exchange with you (together, the “Services”). It applies to business owners, and to individuals who act on behalf of a business, who visit or contact us.

The short version
  • We collect what you tell us, plus basic information about how you use our website.
  • We use it to understand your goals, match you with suitable funding routes, and contact you about your request.
  • We pass your request to independent funding partners only so they can respond to it.
  • We do not share mobile information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of certain uses, whenever you wish.

Funding Invest Grow is not a lender. The funding partners we work with are separate companies with their own privacy practices, which apply once they receive your information.

Sensitive information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers or financial account log-in details, through our website. If you choose to share any, or a funding partner needs it at a later stage, we use it only to provide the service you asked for and as the law permits.

How we collect information

  • Directly from you when you submit our request form, call or text us, reply to a message, or ask us a question.
  • Automatically when you browse our website, through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
  • From other sources, including funding partners, service providers, marketing and referral sources you interacted with, and publicly available information.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • understand your business and goals, and match you with funding routes that may suit them;
  • contact you about your request by phone, text message or email, including to answer questions and follow up;
  • share your request with funding partners so they can evaluate and respond to it;
  • operate, secure and improve our website and Services, and measure how our marketing performs;
  • detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • keep records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal and regulatory obligations; and
  • send marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them or the law otherwise allows.

How we share information

Service providers

We use companies that help us run the Services, such as providers of website hosting, forms, customer-relationship management, messaging, analytics, security and professional advice. They may use your information only to perform services for us and under contractual obligations.

Funding partners

We share the details in your request with independent lenders, funders and brokers who may be able to help. We share what is needed for them to evaluate and respond to your request. Funding partners decide for themselves whether to make an offer, and they handle information under their own privacy notices.

Legal, safety and business changes

We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, protect rights, property and safety, investigate suspected wrongdoing, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

With your direction

We share information in other ways when you ask us to or give your consent.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. We may pass your phone number to a funding partner solely so it can respond to the request you submitted.

Sale and sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information to data brokers. Because passing your request to funding partners may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some state privacy laws, for example where we receive compensation connected to a request, we treat it that way and give you the choices described in Section 9. Over the past year, we may have disclosed identifiers, business and financial information, commercial information and internet activity data to service providers and funding partners for the purposes above.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar tools to remember your preferences, keep the website secure, understand how it is used, and attribute visits to the campaigns that brought you here. Where the law requires, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser where the law requires. Because there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we do not respond to them separately.

Calls, text messages and email

When you submit our form and agree to be contacted, you authorize us to reach you by phone call, text message and email at the details you provided, including with automated technology. Agreeing to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of getting help from us.

  • Text messages: message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop texts: reply STOP, STOP ALL, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in Section 15.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us.
  • Calls: tell us you do not wish to be called and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.

Our Terms & Conditions set out the full terms of our messaging program.

Your choices

  • Marketing messages: opt out of texts, emails or calls using the steps above.
  • Cookies: adjust your browser settings or use any cookie preferences we display.
  • Sale and sharing: ask us not to sell or share your personal information by contacting us, or use a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Sensitive information: ask us to limit use of any sensitive personal information you have given us.
  • Corrections: ask us to update information that is wrong or out of date.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell or share, and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
  • receive equal service and pricing when you exercise these rights.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] or call (877) 596-1046 and tell us which right you wish to use. We will need to confirm your identity by matching details you give us to details we already hold. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of their authority. We respond within the period the law requires.

Appeals and complaints

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying with the word “Appeal” in the subject line. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general or, for California residents, the California Privacy Protection Agency.

California residents may also ask us for information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, keep required records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. To decide how long that is, we consider the type of information, how sensitive it is, why we collected it, and what the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires. You can help by keeping your own devices and accounts secure and by contacting us right away if you suspect a problem.

Children’s privacy

Our Services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, if the changes are material, give additional notice as the law requires. Please review it regularly.
